At Scorpion, a passion for bettering our clients' lives is the motivation behind everything we do. And this goes beyond simply helping local businesses thrive and grow through better digital marketing — we also want to benefit the communities that those businesses call home. Day-to-day, we fulfill this mission by providing top-quality support to our clients, but additionally, we always seek to make the world a better place through our philanthropic arm, Scorpion Cares.

Over the years, Scorpion Cares has carried out numerous charitable initiatives to serve communities both near and far from the Scorpion headquarters in Valencia, California. Now, we are very excited to announce our new program, designed to help the future generation of business leaders — nationwide — discover the opportunities they need to find success and a place in the world.

Introducing the Scorpion Cares Scholarship Program

This new program helped award $10,000 scholarships to four ambitious college students pursuing dream careers in technology and business. Our goal is to provide a much-needed springboard for young people with big hopes for their future but in need of resources to help fulfill their career potential.

The four scholarships will be distributed in the following categories:

Scorpion’s Women in Technology Scholarship
For women pursuing a career in technology

Scorpion’s Future Designers Scholarship
For anyone with the dreams of being a Web, Product or Brand designer

Scorpion’s Business Leadership Scholarship
For Black or African American students pursuing a business degree

Scorpion’s Community Impact Scholarship
For students who have made a positive impact in their community or plan to make a positive impact in their community

To be considered, applicants must be high school seniors or current college undergraduates residing in the United States. They must also plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year — and have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.

Applications for our 2022 scholarships have closed. The program is on hold for 2023.
