In this episode of Get to Work, Bone and Jill travel to San Antonio, Texas to learn how Shane and Wayne Evan, Co-Founders of Massage Heights, grew a single-location massage business into a nationwide franchise with more than 140 locations. Watch as Bone and Jill try their hand at performing some of Massage Heights’ signature services, before blowing off some steam by playing tug-of-war with a few lions at the San Antonio Zoo.

Massage Heights started as a single retreat in San Antonio. It was founded by husband-and-wife team Shane and Wayne Evans, who saw the need for high-quality, professional massage therapy that was also affordable. Today, Massage Heights is proud to be a leader in the massage therapy industry, offering rewarding franchising opportunities for those who want to carry out their mission “to provide professional, convenient, affordable massage services.”

Meet the Hosts

  • Bone

    Michael “Bone” Sauer, nicknamed for his skinny frame as a teen, is Scorpion’s Chief Legal Officer by day. When he’s not working on being a legal machine, Bone is ALWAYS working on a new certification. He is currently working on being admitted as an attorney in all 50-states (currently at 28) in addition to working on his pilot’s license and other certifications that will be beneficial in the event of the zombie apocalypse.

    Vice President of Media Development and Public Relations
    Jill Wilson is the Vice President of Development Media and Public Relations at Scorpion. She combines her passion for storytelling to tell the stories that make a brand or business idea truly compelling and unique. With a talent for video production, digital media, and public relations, she brings more than 15 years of experience bridging the gap between corporate brands and the customers they’re speaking to. Graduating from the University of Iowa, Jill enjoys her free time taking care of her son Kal, her husband Chad, and fangirling over Wonder Woman.
