What’s the Update?
LSA Message Leads are now available for law firms in the Scorpion Communications Suite.  This update allows legal practices to engage with their potential customers via LSA messages directly in the Scorpion Dashboard, offering a new way to connect and improve LSA campaign ranking.

What Does It Mean for You?

  • Message leads are a key ranking factor for LSAs, so enabling them can help improve your LSA rank.
  • All LSA message leads appear in the Communications Suite, so you can respond quickly and keep track of conversations.
  • There’s no action required to enable this feature. Just be prepared to respond to new leads in your Communications Suite.
  • Scorpion’s Autoresponder immediately replies to Google Message requests, giving your ad an immediate average response time. This improves your LSA campaign’s responsiveness score, which is another key ranking factor.

What Do I Need to Do?

  • You’ll  receive a lead notification via email containing a link that takes you directly to the message in your Communications Suite.

  • Respond to LSA message leads through your Communications Suite.
