We’re introducing Intake AI fields in the All Leads report, providing businesses with better visibility into lead qualification, intake performance, and customer interactions. These new fields help teams evaluate how leads are handled, identify drop-off points, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
With these enhancements, you can:
- Track Lead Qualification: Instantly see if a lead was a good fit.
- Analyze Intake Interactions: Understand what happened on the call and who handled it.
- Identify Marketing Sources: Get clarity on where each lead came from.
- Optimize Lead Handling: Surface trends in intake efficiency and response effectiveness.
Who’s Impacted?
These updates are available in the All Leads report on the Scorpion Platform for users in a RevenueMAX package with Leads AI enabled. Businesses that depend on their staff to organize and improve lead intake will benefit the most from these changes.
What Action is Needed?
No action is required—Intake AI fields will automatically appear in the All Leads report on March 4, 2025.
To take full advantage of these insights:
- Navigate to Leads > All Leads Report.
- Review the new Intake AI fields alongside existing lead data.
