We’re excited to share an enhancement to the Scorpion Platform: automated review requests are now available for businesses using Housecall Pro. This integration allows businesses to effortlessly gather customer feedback, further improving their online reputation and engagement.

What’s new?

Scorpion customers with a Housecall Pro integration can now enable automated review requests directly through the Reputation Suite. Simply visit the Reputation > Automations > Review Requests settings page to activate this feature.

Who’s impacted?

This update is available to Scorpion Customers with an active Housecall Pro integration. Currently, it’s limited to businesses operating a single location.

Do I need to take any action?

Eligible users will see a notification about this new feature when navigating to the Reputation Suite > Reviews, Requests, or Automation Settings pages. Follow the prompt to set up automated review requests.
