We're migrating the Reputation Suite email editor to the same editor used in Email Marketing to keep things consistent across the platform. The change happens behind the scenes and your existing templates remain untouched until you choose to edit them.
How It Works
When you open and save a template, it will automatically convert to the new editor.
This is a one-time update per template.
On rare occasions, you may notice slight formatting shifts (like font size or style), which can be easily adjusted before sending.
Why It Matters
This upgrade streamlines your editing experience and brings consistency across tools, setting the stage for faster improvements and a more reliable platform.
What You Need to Do
There’s nothing you need to do unless you’d like to make changes to an existing template. If so, just double-check the formatting after saving to ensure it looks how you want.
