Job Overview

As an Enterprise SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the SEO success of enterprise client accounts. You will work closely with leadership to build effective strategies, execute them, and communicate them to clients. This role will involve deep-diving into big data, building reports, and following trends to ensure we remain on the cutting edge of the industry.

 You will be responsible for being an expert in search engine optimization and comfortable dealing with enterprise SEO, working with national brands and/or healthcare organizations on technical SEO, content creation, link earning, and more. You must be comfortable communicating work completed, its impact on performance, and future strategic plans.

What You'll Need

Accountabilities:

  • Provide valuable SEO updates and insight to clients/MM’s
  • Competently communicate with clients via email, phone conversations, or in-person meetings as needed
  • Analyze site performance using 3rd party SEO tools to identify strengths, weaknesses, and solutions (understand your client's goals and preferences and optimize accordingly, and communicate quickly and effectively regarding all SEO work performed)
  • Produce exceptional analyses for MMs that meet internal/external expectations
  • Complete monthly audits of team campaigns according to requests or tasks
  • Make any necessary updates to tracked search terms 
  • Responsible for treating emergency requests with urgency and ensuring they are fully resolved
  • Find creative solutions for challenges unique to competitive-level SEO campaigns ( have an in-depth understanding of unique campaigns, goals, and challenges, and work with MMs and the Director to identify strategies )
  • Develop & send SEO reports to each client 
  • Full post-launch QC for all new launches
  • New client pre-launch analysis
  • Comprehensive pre-sale audits for prospects

What You'll Need

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a professional environment handling data-driven, problem-solving, or detail-oriented tasks
  • 1+ years of SEO-related experience is required
  • Digital marketing experience is required and agency experience preferred
