As a Senior Enablement Lead, Customer Success you are responsible for pivoting between product marketing, product and senior stakeholders to develop sales lyrics, positioning, Go-to-Market (GTM) collateral (demo, sales decks, etc.), and robust documentation on the complete GTM approach to each product (internal & external) and service. Your clients are the hard-working Scorpions of the Customer Success organization.
