Job Overview

As a Senior Enablement Lead, Customer Success you are responsible for pivoting between product marketing, product and senior stakeholders to develop sales lyrics, positioning, Go-to-Market (GTM) collateral (demo, sales decks, etc.), and robust documentation on the complete GTM approach to each product (internal & external) and service. Your clients are the hard-working Scorpions of the Customer Success organization.  

Ideal candidates have built a reputation for professionalism and the ability to produce results. You will need to comprehensively understand the stakeholders and how to find practical, relevant data to ensure the Customer Success, SMB team’s success.  

What You'll Need

What your success will look like

  • Consult key post-sales stakeholders on business needs and prioritize the post-sales business specifically
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand system & integration capabilities and maintain updated product-specific assets (internal & external) 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to Customer Success Enablement Team members
  • Co-develop and maintain collateral including but not limited to pitch decks, sales scripts, vertical-specific marketing insights, cut sheets, playbooks, product documents, etc.
  • Create efficiency in how information/documentation is stored, dispersed, and updated

What You'll Need

Who you are what you bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in a sales support, enablement, sales training, or marketing role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, both in writing and in project completion
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize, and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under tight timelines
  • Able to manage multiple content creation projects at a time
