Scorpion is looking for an experienced, data-oriented Partnership Marketing Manager to join our growing Demand Generation team!
The Partnership Marketing Manager is an exciting role that contributes directly to the growth of the organization. Your main goal will be to find new places to advertise while effectively managing the day-to-day for existing partnerships we hold. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about relationship building and management.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, proven track record of experience in partner marketing for a SaaS or marketing organization. You should also have a sales and customer service oriented mindset in order to interact professionally with internal clients and external partners.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with our external partners and proactively find new places to advertise
- Secure amazingly high-impact partnerships to support growth initiatives and sales goals
- Serve as the main point of contact to our partners’ senior management or executives
- Field questions and partnerships’ requests promptly and professionally
- Create budgets, performance metrics, etc. and regularly track and review partnerships to maximize benefit to both sides
- Produce and deliver presentations to internal and partnerships’ audiences
- Create and launch partner growth plans, campaigns, and/or initiatives
- Support and/or lead partner onboarding
What You'll Need
Education and Experience
- 3-5+ years in a partnership marketing, partner management, or or other relevant role
- Experience in a client or partner-facing role required
- Must have a passion for and be adept at relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to confidently give presentations and interact with executives
- Experience in advertising, branding, marketing, and/or technology
