Scorpion is looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team!
As the Lead Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading our first sales development organization. You will be an integral part of the sales leadership team by providing continuous mentorship to our SDRs, refining our inbound sales processes, defining and tracking our KPIs, and spearheading SDR recruiting. You will also work closely with other leaders in sales, marketing, sales operations, marketing operations, and sales enablement to drive the strategy for the sales development team.
