Job Overview
Scorpion is looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join our Product team. You would be joining a fast paced, innovative environment, where you would be looked to for your creative and strategic input.
You would play a critical role in defining, driving and managing projects from start to finish. This includes a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of a project and the ability to produce large multi-faceted campaigns across a portfolio of Scorpion clients.
As a Senior Digital Producer you would be developing scopes of work, creating staff plans, building project estimates and defining milestone schedules. You would monitor project profitability and burn while minimizing scope creep and project overages. You orchestrate the overall timely progression of projects, ensuring teams stay on task, deadline and budget. You also play a critical role in problem solving and proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, adjust or adapt processes and project approach to enable teams to deliver the best product possible to Scorpion clients.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Manage the start-to-finish design process for a range of digital products (websites, apps, operating systems, and more)
- Manage client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional, internal teams
- Develop project strategy, create project plans and execute product vision for complex, digital projects
- Manage and oversee daily work of both full-time staff members and freelancers
What You'll Need
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies and software
- Superior attention to detail, exceptional written and oral communication skills
- 3-5 years’ experience as a producer in a product or interactive agency
- Experience producing enterprise-level websites and applications
- Manage and oversee daily work of both full-time staff members and freelancers
