About the Role
As the Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for supporting a team of 8 Marketing Managers (MM), 2 Directors, and 11 franchise brands by completing reactive and proactive tasks that have been internally submitted. Your main objective as a Marketing Assistant is to meet client and team needs with an exceptional turnaround time to ensure we’re always providing clients with the best experience possible.

What You'll Need

What your success will look like

  • Professionally communicate with clients via email/phone
  • Support the 8 MMs and 2 Directors in the coordination and execution of requests in a timely manner
  • Complete intermediate issues, problems, or tasks related to the client’s website and campaigns
  • Refer moderate to complex issues to Marketing Managers
  • Coordinate requests for data, information, or anything else for the Marketing Manager
  • Send review requests on behalf of the client
  • Upload retained client lists and report findings to the Marketing Manager and/or client 
  • Run geo reports and distribute results to necessary team members 
  • Coordinate meetings for internal and external team members 
  • Maintain intermediate knowledge of vertical(s) and general marketing best practices
  • Track all reactive client emails to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and follow up with the Marketing Manager when support is needed

What You'll Need

Who you are and what you bring

  • 0-1 year of working knowledge of the CS/CMS systems
  • Ability to engage in professional correspondence with internal and external partners
  • Customer service, SEO /SEM / social media experience preferred

What You'll Need

Compensation

  • We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency.  As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
  • The base salary is $52,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the base compensation mentioned above is the total salary availability for the role. Hiring above the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth. 
  • The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
