About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for building long-term relationships with Scorpion's healthcare clients while helping them achieve all goals through strategic and effective online marketing campaigns.
You will own your book of business within your team and be an expert on Scorpion’s product offerings, systems, platforms, and the digital marketing industry as a whole to become an effective extension of your client’s businesses, whether that be handling task-related work that arises from client requests, ensuring client websites are updated, coaching and mentoring other team members, or being in charge of voicing and celebrating wins loud and proud with your team.
What You'll Need
What your success will look like
- Provide swift and effective execution of solutions for client requests and Scorpion strategies, and support Lead in identifying and developing opportunities
- Acknowledge client requests & questions and continuously execute and refine the client's customized marketing campaign to ensure success
- Handle complex issues and problems within the client’s campaign management
- Update client on new industry trends/news, as well as internal Scorpion changes
- Be a resource for questions, troubleshooting, training and coaching for other team members, primarily Account Managers
What You'll Need
Who you are and what you bring
- 3+ years of work experience managing accounts or clients in Digital Marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Presentation building and execution
- SEO & SEM knowledge & strategy experience preferred
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills; able to address multiple projects/requests and meet tight deadlines with ownership and accountability
- Customer-oriented, positive focus with a high standard of service and professionalism
- Proven presentation and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work independently as well as in groups

What You'll Need
Compensation
- We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary is $84,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the base compensation mentioned above is the total salary availability for the role. Hiring above the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
- The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
