Revenue Intelligence Unlocks Customer-Level Attribution with New Dashboard

Published Jun 26, 2025

We’re introducing a powerful new way to track ROI in our Revenue Intelligence Reporting: the Attributed Customer Dashboard. Now clients can see the exact new and returning customers acquired through Scorpion marketing, along with their full revenue journey and the associated customer record in their CRM.

By surfacing data from CRM entries, phone calls, and invoices, this new “Customers” tab provides clear visibility into how marketing connects to real revenue. It is transparent, automatic, and built for smarter strategy.

What’s New

Customer Journey Dashboard

See the complete path from lead to invoice across every attributed customer, connecting CRM, call tracking, and revenue data.

Customer-Level Attribution and Acquisition Source

Understand exactly which marketing efforts drove each new or returning customer and how much attributed revenue they generated, starting from their first inquiry.

Lifetime Revenue and Attribution View

Gain clarity on both total revenue and marketing-attributed revenue per customer, helping validate strategy and guide spend.

Enhanced Inquiry Matching

More precise lead-to-revenue tracking, making attribution reports more reliable and easier to act on.

Please Note: The Attributed Customers Dashboard is not yet available for clients using FieldRoutes, Aspire, or Clio integrations. Support for those platforms is planned for early Q3.

Attributed Customers

Why It Matters

This feature provides the transparency clients have been asking for. By identifying which customers were acquired through Scorpion and how much revenue they brought in, clients can:

  • Visualize marketing ROI at the customer level

  • Justify spend and optimize future investments

  • Connect marketing and operations data with confidence

  • Access all of this automatically, with no manual setup required

Need to Take Action?

No action needed for clients with a supported integration. The new “Customers” tab will appear automatically in their Revenue Intelligence Dashboard.
