Before Scorpion, Kerrygold Plumbing was struggling. They had to let go of employees and technicians, and for about eight years, Office Manager Aisling Van Dyke was on her own—answering the phones, handling payroll and taxes, and doing whatever it took to get by.
Aisling knew she and the company couldn’t keep going on that way. According to Aisling, “We made the informed decision that we have to start somewhere, because what we're doing right now isn't working and we're not gonna be able to grow.” That’s when they came to Scorpion.
