Coker, Robb & Cannon: How Real-Time Data from Scorpion and Clio Transformed Their Intake and Grew Their Firm

Coker, Robb & Cannon has been one of the most respected family law firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1998. Founded by Duane Coker and headquartered in Denton, Texas, the firm operates three offices across Denton, Frisco, and Fort Worth, with more than 30 staff members and 10 attorneys.

Coker, Robb & Cannon has been a Scorpion client since 2015. In 2019, the firm began using Clio to manage their practice, and while both platforms were running in parallel, they weren't connected. The Challenges

Scorpion could now know which campaigns were producing consultations, which were producing signed cases, and where the intake funnel stood at any moment.

The data pointed to a clear bottleneck. Leads were coming in, but many weren't being reached quickly enough. With real visibility into the full funnel for the first time, the firm and their Scorpion account manager could see exactly where potential clients were dropping off and what needed to change.
