The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains started out a two-man team operating out of a single vehicle—but the company’s owners, Alex Harrison and Kyle Reed, had a greater vision for the company. Over the years, they grew their team, but they eventually reached a plateau and they knew they could do better. Alex and Kyle sat in their 1,200-square-foot office and asked themselves, “How can we get more business?”
That’s when they realized they needed a more aggressive marketing strategy—one that truly set their business apart as a top service provider in their area and could bring them the volume of work they truly wanted.
