Google Names Scorpion ‘Champion of Customer Satisfaction’ for 2nd Year in a Row

“Great customer service” has become a bit of a buzzword.

It’s a term companies throw around left and right, but at the end of the day, what really matters is what the clients say.

For Scorpion, the proof is in the top ratings our clients gave us as a Google partner.

We’re honored to announce that Google has named Scorpion the “AdWords Channel Sales Champion of Customer Satisfaction” for the second year in a row.

Each year, Google presents this award to the channel sales partner with highest level of customer satisfaction for AdWords results and service. The award is based on the surveys of actual clients of Google partners.

“This is the best kind of award out there—an award from the clients we serve,” said Scorpion Chief Advertising Officer Kevin Szypula. “A big ‘Thank You’ to all the Scorpion clients who voted for us.”

After Scorpion was named Champion of Customer Satisfaction for 2016, Scorpion CEO Rustin Kretz knew the company shouldn’t stop there. He was determined to continue raising the bar of customer service excellence for Scorpion clients—leading to Scorpion’s most recent award for 2017.

“When we won this award last year, we challenged each other to come back and do it again. Once could be considered a fluke by everyone, but if we do it again, we know we are doing it right,” Rustin said.

“When you consider that this is the award voted on by the clients themselves, it is extremely satisfying,” he continued. “After a quick celebration, we’re back to challenging ourselves again. Let’s keep pushing the satisfaction levels higher than ever, and keep helping our clients win.”
