The Challenge 

In 2011, Will Payne—founder and president of Camko Roofing—saw something wrong with the roofing industry in Northern Alabama. “There was a lack of passion...No one wanted to go above and beyond.” For Will this was unacceptable, so in 2011, he started Camko Roofing with the goal of making it the only roofing company in Northern Alabama willing to go above and beyond for its customers. But despite Will’s best efforts to deliver a superior customer service experience, his young company struggled to grow.
