The Challenge

When Doug Oakes took over the Marketing Director role at Gila Regional Medical Center, he arrived with nearly 30 years’ of experience under his belt, and an address book full of reliable contacts in the marketing industry.

But for all his experience and professional relationships, Doug had never heard of the marketing company Gila Regional had been working with for its website, www.grmc.org. As such, Doug wanted to dump the marketing company in favor of one of his own contacts.
