Kelsey Stuart has been a vital part of running Bloomin’ Blinds franchise operations since 2001. When they began putting money into search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising to modernize their marketing strategy, they felt their current provider wasn’t properly managing the budget and the business was seeing little in results from their campaigns.
