Job Overview

As a Director of Marketing, you are responsible for charting the course to success in assisting the company with hitting its goals. Directors will set the quality standard for all client interactions with a focus on increasing retention, driving revenue, client experience, and overall client satisfaction.

A few of the most important tenets of your role will include relying on metrics in almost everything you do, being an effective and authentic champion of team successes, and amplifying the amazing achievements of the team.

What You'll Do


  • Responsible for maintaining acceptable retention levels within your team
  • Responsible for constantly evaluating client retention and creating action plans to solve identified issues
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact and escalation point to all clients within your triangle teams
  • Evaluate marketing processes as well as develop and train on new products and processes
  • Manage the following: Client salvages/Bad Zone; pipeline management (regular meetings on the pipeline, changes to the pipeline, efficient/inefficient); tag-teaming sales pitches; and escalating client issues

What You'll Need


  • 7+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Leadership experience required
  • Franchise experience preferred
  • Must have strong critical thinking, data analysis, and business consulting skills
  • Experience with performance management, coaching, delegation, results management, training, etc.
