Job Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you are primarily responsible for the success of clients’ digital marketing presence, and their overall happiness with the Scorpion client experience. You are expected own your book of business within your POD, expected to be competent and knowledgeable on Scorpion’s product offerings, systems, platforms, and the digital marketing industry as a whole in order to become an effective extension of your client’s businesses, whether that be handling task-related work that arise from client requests, ensuring client websites are updated, coaching and mentoring other team members, or being in charge of voicing and celebrating wins loud and proud with your team.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Ensure team / client distros are set up and being used correctly
- Ensure reactive schedules are set, agreed upon, and executed on
- Ensure that all clients on the team are aware of everyone’s role during
- Video interactions, in person interactions, and on Zoom or phone
- Coordination of time spent together to tell client stories, to study, assess, and improve accounts
- Ensure client plans are documented, communicated, and carried out
- Fill the gaps when the Lead Marketing Manager is unavailable, including participation in annual and quarterly reviews
What You'll Need
Experience
- 3+ years of work experience managing accounts or clients, preferably in a Digital Marketing field
- Presentation building and execution
- SEO & SEM knowledge & strategy experience
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience not required but helpful
