Job Overview
The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and exciting design assets that are in line with client brand standards and meet our client’s needs. You are driven to be ever refining your craft, collaborative, innovative, and organized under pressure. You will work directly with Designers, Senior Designers, Writers, Project Managers, and Account Managers to create print collateral and digital assets that help our clients sell their products, service, or business opportunity.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Design visual imagery that aligns with the client’s branding and follows specific visual communication requirements
- Create marketing materials that range from magazine ads to white papers, to long-form digital & print brochures and PowerPoints
- Create visual aspects of digital materials, such as banner ads, email newsletters, and other media including infographics
- Complete high-end designs within the given time frames
- Collaborate with our copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our client's corporate cultures and goals
- Treat requests and communication with great attention to detail and ensure they are completed to best suit the client’s needs
- Innovate and go above and beyond to provide our clients with outstanding, well-thought-out design solutions to their business needs
- Keep up-to-date with current design trends
- Grow and maintain knowledge of your assigned vertical industry
What You'll Need
Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of experience creating high-end, long-form designs, multi-media graphics, and promotional materials in multiple formats
- Closely follow trends and developments in visual design and integrate them into our environment and practices
- Expertise using software tools such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Expertise in photo compositing and editing skills as well as creating graphics
- Experience in team collaboration and a willingness to approach all tasks head-on with a sense of urgency
- Customer service and client communication skills are a plus, but not required
- Maintain an intermediate knowledge of the following: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD a plus, but not required Google Suite
