As the Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager (MM) triangle teams by completing reactive and proactive tasks that have been internally submitted. Your main objective as a Marketing Assistant is to meet client and team needs with an exceptional turnaround time to ensure we’re always providing clients with the best experience possible.

What You'll Need

What your success will look like

  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner via email/phone
  • Support the MM in the coordination and execution of requests in a timely manner
  • Complete intermediate issues, problems, or tasks related to the client’s website and campaigns
  • Refer moderate to complex issues to MMs
  • Coordinate requests for data, information, or anything else for the MM
  • Send review requests on behalf of the client
  • Upload retained client lists and report findings to the MM and/or client 
  • Run geo reports and distribute results to necessary team members 
  • Coordinate meetings for internal and external team members 
  • Maintain intermediate knowledge of vertical(s) and general marketing best practices
  • Track all reactive client emails to ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and follow up with the MM when support is needed

  • 0-1 year if corporate experience

  • Strong organizational skills
