Job Overview

As Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will work with leaders across Scorpion, including the Chief Sales Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and the Chief Marketing Officer. Revenue Operations exists at Scorpion to support the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, and drive a data-driven strategy across the entire customer journey.  This includes monitoring and providing insight on performance from our first contact with a customer, through the sales process, and into cross-sell and retention.

You’ll need to be a sharp thinker who is capable of leading a team in gathering and analyzing information to find critical insights and help solve the most important strategic problems surrounding our customer journeys. You will also play a key part in the creation, implementation, and execution of initiatives building on the insights you develop.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Work with team of experienced strategists with diverse backgrounds including top management consulting and private equity firms
  • Partner with the CGO/CSO/CMO to develop, execute, and drive strategy and processes across the Customer Journey
  • Use data to identify critical insights, and develop strategic recommendations and initiatives around the following: Lead generation, Product bundling and Pricing, Sales org productivity, Customer retention and upselling
  • Manage operational performance standards established by leadership
  • Meaningfully support business improvement across all revenue streams
  • Track and communicate initiative outcomes to drive organization towards successful results
  • High growth trajectory role with broad exposure to leadership
  • Location: SLC or DFW preferable but remote is acceptable for the right candidate. There will be occasional travel to offices in Dallas, TX and Valencia, CA.

What You'll Need

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-7 years working experience in RevOps or top-tier Management Consulting
  • Problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to define business problems, synthesize data, and provide and execute tactical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal professional-level communication skills
  • Self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Experience in PMO/RDO, Customer Journey Strategy, Digital Marketing, or SaaS is a plus
