Job Overview

As an Associate Business Growth Consultant, you are responsible for outreach to prospective clients that would benefit from Scorpion’s technology products and marketing services; including but not limited to web design, CMS, SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Reputation Management, Email Marketing, and Website Chat. 

You will manage the sales process beginning with intelligent targeting of prospective clients and continuing through the facilitation of initial conversations. Your goal is to set discovery meetings for existing sellers that ultimately become new Scorpion clients. This is an incredibly important role that requires dedication and persistence, creativity, a personable attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities. An Associate Business Growth Consultant should have strong verbal and email writing skills and a strong appetite for learning. 

In this position you will learn all aspects of the selling process in order for you to make the transition to Business Growth consultant in 9-12 months depending on results and position availability.

What You'll Need

Accountabilities

  • Create and execute quarterly business plans that result in hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to, complete and report 75-100 daily outbound activities
  • Create account and contact lists against an Ideal Customer Profile using contact research and acquisition tools
  • Prospect to potential clients through educated cold calls, carefully crafted emails, and other forms of outreach such as social media
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book sales meetings with target prospects
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Scorpion’s products/services and insight of client problems and objectives Book product demonstration appointments between Scorpion BGC’s SBGC’s, VP’s and potential clients
  • Manage customer information in the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Learn and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Legal industry
  • Meets Quota
  • Schedules 5 capability presentations that run each week
  • Have 7 closed sales from the meetings they schedule each month

What You'll Need

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience, preferably in digital media, internet marketing and/or technology sales
  • Experience selling solutions over the phone
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas

  • Competitive Pay - $50K-55K based on experience (Base plus commission)
