Job Overview

Scorpion is looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our team! If you’re a paid social expert who’s looking to create and manage show-stopping campaigns, you’ve come to the right place. This is an exciting role supporting our SVP of Demand Generation responsible for providing paid social strategy and campaign management across a variety of social media platforms. 

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Scorpion, you’ll be responsible for developing and launching campaigns on various social media platforms. You’ll also track and monitor KPIs while optimizing campaigns, reporting on metrics, and providing recommendations to continuously drive improved performance. In addition to dedicated experience across paid social platforms, the ideal candidate is someone who’s results-driven, organized, and a self-starter. An analytical mindset is also key to success in this role.

What You'll Need

Accountabilities

  • Develop paid social strategies that support Demand Generation’s overall digital marketing goals
  • Be the paid social expert on campaign performance and optimization, providing recommendations to achieve business objectives
  • Proactively manage campaign execution
  • Review performance metrics and KPIs for campaign performance Conduct extensive research to help inform Paid Social strategy and execution
  • Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and others
  • Contribute to the strategic direction on various initiatives, identifying key messaging / the best means to communicate
  • Develop and present reporting of paid social campaign performance along with strategic insights & recommendations for continual improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and platform reps
  • Assist in training and developing new team members in paid social strategy, creation, implementation, reporting, etc.

What You'll Need

Education and Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social
  • Professional and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and an analytical thinker
  • Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Proficient use in Facebook Ads Manager and a strong understanding of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Stay up to date with social and paid media industries and latest trends 

  • Bonus Points: Google Ads Certified (including Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile) a plusGoogle Analytics certified a plus
