Job Overview
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of Scorpion’s growing marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you will work side-by-side with the product, marketing, and sales teams to help drive our go-to-market strategy for Scorpion's software products and services. This individual contributor role will develop a deep understanding of business objectives, market trends, and clients’ needs and pain points to create marketing strategies that will have a direct impact on increasing revenue. As someone who thinks strategically, you also need to execute in the trenches.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Define, execute and measure the go-to-market strategy for specific products and verticals collaborating with key stakeholders
- Utilize knowledge to create training, content, and collateral in partnership with Marketing and Sales
- Identify key features and benefits of each product and articulate into effective positioning for Client Success, Marketing, Sales and Sales Enablement
- Increase competitive intelligence across our organization by creating battlecards and competitor newsletters
- Develop a deep understanding of competitors’ products
- Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas
- Define, assess and maintain a pricing strategy to maximize revenue and remain competitive in the market
- Create and deliver content for web-based campaigns in coordination with other internal stakeholders
- Deliver actionable insights that inform marketing decisions and influence product roadmap
What You'll Need
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related degree
- SaaS product marketing expertise
- Pragmatic Marketing or PMA Certified required
- Experience marketing to the SMB audience is preferred, but not required

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing 5+ years of experience in a product marketing specific function
- Experience within a high-growth SaaS technology or digital marketing company is a plus
- Should be polished and speak well in public, as well have experience presenting to executive-level leaders
- Must be a self-starter who can build a good rapport with internal stakeholders and peers
- Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and adapt to new products or new projects quickly
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, marketing and customer success
- Extensive knowledge of the latest marketing systems and tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Survey Monkey, HubSpot, Seismic, Highspot, and others
- Ability to tackle multiple projects at once, synthesizing each project objective, and reporting on the status of projects and results to executive-level leadership
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
