Job Overview
Scorpion is looking for an Email Marketing Automation Manager to join our Demand Generation team!
Creative and good with messaging, you’ll be responsible for creating several different campaigns to nurture & convert leads at all stages of the funnel. You will be directly responsible for growth by filling sales team pipelines. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong analytics skills to see what is and isn’t working in order to constantly improve the emails going out and see better returns.
What You'll Need
Accountabilities
- Manage and build the overall Scorpion email automation marketing strategy
- Create various automation lists and campaigns
- Segment email lists based on behaviors, such as past email engagement and Scorpion website interactions
- Define email / SMS marketing KPIs and maintain the email marketing analytics dashboard
- Provide actionable data driven insights to help optimize emails and improve performance metrics, such as overall leads and conversions
- Develop and execute A/B tests on email campaign components
- Manage and help develop landing page templates and forms
- Build daily campaign emails and perform QCs on all email campaigns, ensuring email templates and all emails meet Scorpion style and brand guidelines while following email best practices
What You'll Need
Education and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing working with large lists
- Hands-on email marketing and B2B advertising experience
- Certifications with marketing automation software are strongly preferred
- SAAS experience is a plus
- Experience working within Marketo
