Job Overview

As an Associate, you will work with leaders across Scorpion, including the COO and their VP of Ops, to improve the customer experience, drive upsells, develop operating metrics, help drive scale, and lead and coach others towards success.

You’ll need to be a sharp thinker who is capable of gathering and analyzing information to find critical insights and help solve the customer success organization’s most important strategic problems. You will also play a key part in the creation, implementation, and execution of initiatives building on the insights you develop.

What You'll Do


  • Work with team of experienced strategists with diverse backgrounds including top management consulting and private equity firms\
  • Partner with the VP of Operations and COO as a member of the Business Operations and Strategy team to develop, execute, and drive strategy and processes across the Customer Success organization
  • Use data to identify critical insights, and develop strategic recommendations and initiatives around the following: Customer retention and satisfaction, Upselling, Scaling the organization, Managing operational performance standards established by leadership, etc.
  • Meaningfully drive business improvement and impact directly
  • Track and communicate initiative outcomes to drive organization towards successful results
  • High growth trajectory role with broad exposure to leadership
  • Location: SLC, flexible with potential travel to offices in Dallas, TX and Valencia, CA

What You'll Need


  • 1-4 years in top tier management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to define complex business problems, synthesize data, and provide and execute tactical and strategic solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal executive-level communication skills
  • Self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Experience in PMO/RDO, Customer Success Strategy, Digital Marketing, or SaaS is a plus
