Job Overview
The Client Response Representative is on the front lines of the Scorpion sales process. The overall goal of this position is to provide the best experience possible to all prospects while answering any inbound leads and taking care to ensure that the leads passed onto sales are a great fit for Scorpion services.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Answer and qualify all inbound sales leads received via email forms and phone calls
- Respond to all leads within 5-10 minutes during business hours, but no longer than 1 day
- Achieve or exceed daily KPIs (15 inbound calls or forms per day)
- Properly qualify opportunities, ensuring the right fit for Scorpion’s services to set the sales team up for success
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Scorpion’s products/services and insight into client problems and objectives
- Manage qualification process and maintain a record of inbound lead volume
- Route inbound leads to the appropriate salesperson and monitor proper follow-up of leads (i.e., response time)
- Follow-up and re-engage qualified inbound leads that are unresponsive
- Actively clean up inbound lead records by removing spam, checking for duplicates, etc.
What You'll Need
Experience:
- 0-2 years of work experience in customer service or sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or other relevant field preferred
- Ability to uphold a professional and courteous attitude with all prospective clients, even in the face of objection
- Results-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- A sense of urgency to address leads quickly and provide an outstanding client experience
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word & Excel)
- Must possess professional phone etiquette
- Basic understanding of CRM software
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Inside sales experience a plus
- Customer Service experience a plus
