Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Demand Generation team with monitoring project timelines as well as solving problems that enable your team to achieve their targets. Your main goal is to keep things organized and running smoothly for each project while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
You are a highly dependable person who shines under tight deadlines and can work under minimal supervision. Paired with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, you are motivated by the fact that, as Scorpion’s partnerships and clients increase, the queue of to-do’s does not slow for you and your team.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Support the Demand Generation team with completing projects on time, within budget, and with minimal issues
- Create, update, and utilize spreadsheets to track internal and external due dates, budgets, milestones, and other information
- Monitor project progress and work with the team to make adjustments or shift priorities when necessary
- Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and central objectives the partnership seeks to achieve
- Identify and communicate discrepancies to the project timeline or issues that will negatively impact the central objectives
- Coordinate, attend and participate in meetings with project stakeholders
- Document to-do items, notes, and other correspondence
What You'll Need
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment
