About the Technical Project Manager role:
As a Technical Project Manager within our growing Engineering Team, you'll be responsible for working within a team of dedicated Engineers. You'll help bridge the gap in communication between Product and Engineering, and ensure that our Engineering Team is proactively working to meet or exceed product timelines. You'll help to facilitate daily Scrum sessions and be involved in identifying and removing roadblocks from team tasks. We're seeking a Technical Project Manager who can produce high-quality deliverables that met or exceed timelines and budgetary targets.

You will also need to be able to communicate the client’s goals to your internal teams, as well as, third parties you will be working with to ensure the integrations are created and deployed with the intent of achieving those goals. You will also be tasked with having an understanding of the different types of integrations that are within Scorpion’s wheelhouse to develop and how they fundamentally work. For new launches, redesigns, or ongoing major changes, you will need to work with other teams during the development phase of your projects.

What You'll Need

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry work experience as a project/program manager in .NET based business/web application development set up.
  • Understanding of ADA Guidelines as it applies to technical development and be able to communicate guidelines to both internal and external clients.
  • Awesome communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong work ethic and does what it takes to get the job done and naturally goes the extra mile.
  • Identifies opportunities and issues within the site conception and build-out phases, and client relationships.
  • Proactively acts and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of a pivoting and growing engineering environment.
  • Knowledgeable in product development processes.
  • Excellent track record of meeting deliverables
