Job Overview
The project manager has the day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their website projects with a focus on quality delivery, problem solving, and building client relationships. As a project manager you will provide leadership to a project, you are the hub of knowledge and the source of truth for a project. You excel at anticipating and resolving issues. You excel at organization and thrive on long term planning. You have a knack for seeing all the micro steps that exist within macro steps. You enjoy telling a story through a website and have working knowledge of digital marketing and UX best practices.
The goal of this role is to ensure that your clients (both internal and external) are given the best experience, and that the end product is a high-quality, user-friendly website that will help achieve the client’s marketing goals and is a great representation of the client’s brand.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Scoping out all projects and ensuring that all unique functionality, integrations, extensive carryover and non standard systems are accounted for in the project plan along with accurate timelines and coordination with all resources and departments to ensure correct scheduling
- Planning all projects and communicating the timeline and its importance to your clients. Holding clients and internal teams accountable to deadlines. Aligning client expectations as project scope and timelines are adjusted
- Responding promptly and professionally to client communication, including checking emails in the evening hours and on the weekends
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards
- Ensuring that the design and functionality of the websites you manage, follow Scorpion’s best practices while accommodating the needs of the user within the industry of the client and support the client’s business goals
- Effectively utilize SEO & PPC functionality and tools to execute job responsibilities
- Use knowledge of UX design and best practices to inform design and website structure decisions
What You'll Need
Qualificiations:
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management
- Must have experience utilizing Gantt chart as a project tracking tool
- Experience in a digital marketing environment
- Experience managing large scope projects, resource allocation, and tight schedules
- Attributes: organized, pro-active, flexible, positive, and reliable
- Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Must have meticulous attention to detail
- Must be a self-motivated individual who works cohesively within a team environment
- Must have organizational skills and creative problem solving skills
- Must be a fast-learner and self starter
