In this role, you are responsible for developing strategic social media marketing campaigns for your clients as well as helping manage the content, process, and growth of your direct reports. Your expertise in providing the Scorpion client experience should be demonstrated through the way you manage each of your team members as clients themselves, including understanding your team member’s goals, providing in-the-moment coaching, and consistent and timely communication and feedback.
You should always be on the ground and living in the area. You intimately know all clients and their campaigns on your mini pod. Part of this responsibility is to ensure the deliverables for every single client are properly set up and evaluated on a continuous basis to ensure success. A leader among your peers, you create top-quality work free of errors and pilot innovative content ideas to streamline the process and make it as efficient as possible.
You will help develop other CSM skills, leadership, and knowledge through training, meetings, one-on-one’s, and focusing on your team’s productivity and work performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and/or editing training materials or other content required to support the team.
