We’re excited to expand Automated Review Requests in the Scorpion Platform! Businesses using Lawmatics, Filevine, or Lead Docket can now automate review requests through the Reputation Suite, making it easier than ever to collect customer feedback and enhance their online reputation.
What’s New?
- Scorpion customers with Lawmatics, Filevine, or Lead Docket integrations can now enable automated review requests directly within the Reputation Suite.
- To activate: Go to Reputation Suite > Automations > Review Requests and turn on automation.
Who’s Impacted?
- This update is available for Scorpion customers who have an active integration with one of the supported CRMs.
- Currently, only single-location businesses can access this feature.
What Action is Needed?
- Eligible users will see a notification in the Reputation Suite under Reviews, Requests, or Automation Settings.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enable automated review requests.
